LifeOS Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 2026 · Version 1.0 (Private Beta)
1. Data Storage & Core Principles
LifeOS stores account credentials, profile details, and product data strictly required to provide the selected agent (such as MoneyPilot). We build LifeOS under a principle of calm, user-controlled privacy.
2. Personal Financial Data Isolation
Financial data logged inside MoneyPilot—including transactions, spending categories, budgets, goals, and payment sources—is personal to your account. Each account’s financial records are isolated in our database and guarded by strict server-side authorization middleware.
3. Bug-Report & Feedback Attachments
When you submit a support ticket, bug report, or feedback note with an optional attachment (such as a screenshot, screen recording, or voice note), the attachment is stored in private server storage. Attachment streams are strictly access-controlled and visible only to the ticket owner, assigned Support Staff, and Superadmin accounts.
4. Career Growth & Media Retention Rules
When the Career Growth agent is released in a future update, all voice reflections, audio transcripts, weekly growth timelines, and summary records will be fully user-controlled. Users will be able to retain summaries as permanent progress records while setting custom retention policies for original voice audio files.
5. Account & Data Deletion Requests
You retain full control over your records. You may request account and data deletion at any time by reaching out to our team through the configured support contact. Upon manual review and confirmation by our team, your personal financial records and account data will be permanently purged from active system storage. (An automated portal for instant self-service deletion is planned for a future release.)
6. No Selling of Personal Information
LifeOS does not sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal financial records, workplace reflections, or account information to advertisers, data brokers, or third parties.
